Our Service

Quality service is an important aspect of having a mains connected or bottled water cooler. We do not consider hygiene to be an optional extra.

As memebers of the EPDWA (European Point of Use Drinking Water Association) we adhere to stringent industy guidelines regarding sanitisation and filter changes, and we are subject to strict annual audits to maintain membership.

Mains Fed Water Coolers

Before you receive your water cooler, every unit receives a PAT (Portable Appliance Test) electrical test and is tested for leaks and that the cooler functions properly.

Once your cooler is installed your cooler has a filter change and sanitisation every 26 weeks. All water contact surfaces are sanitised. The carbon block filter is replaced to ensure maximum water quality. Your service visit is automatically logged and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time when your service visit is due.

Bottled Water Coolers

Before you receive your water cooler, every unit receives a PAT (Portable Appliance Test) electrical test and is tested for leaks and that the cooler functions properly.

Water deliveries are free and scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly or on demand. If you do happen to run out, we will provide an unscheduled delivery at no extra cost. The last thing you want in the summer is a water cooler with no water !

Every bottled cooler has a sanitisation visit every 13 weeks. All water contact surfaces are sanitised to ensure maximum water quality. Your service visit is automatically logged and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time when your sanitisation visit is due.

Service Personnel

All members of our Service Team have completed EPDWA Service and Sanitisation courses.

We are committed to providing exceptional service carried out by competently trained personnel who fully understand hygiene requirements.

We have many years of experience in providing tailored drinking water solutions to companies throughout the UK and locally.

All of our service personnel have been CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) cleared for work in sensitive areas such as government offices, banks, police stations, schools etc. All service personnel are employed directly by Hepscott, we do not use sub-contractors to install or service our water coolers.
